Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries regarding employee welfare, benefits and health promotion policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to policies and procedures relating to employee benefit
- Organize and execute a variety of employee engagement, welfare and health promotion events and activities
- Conduct periodic audits for compliance to policies and procedures
- Track trends and prepare consolidation and analytic reports
Requirements:
- Diploma with 1 year of HR experience
- Good knowledge in Employment Act, Child Development Co-Savings Act, and Work Injury Compensation Act
- Preferred IHRP certified
