Resposnibility

• Managing tenant's premises in accordance of handover, plans review, fit-out coordination, move in & business commence, etc.
• Act as Key point for liaison with tenants and follow up all defects identified and maintenance 
• Reports tracking & submission for authority purpose.
• Rules explanation.
• Overall Premises management in terms of cleaning, security, pest control, etc.  
• Management on waste reports, recycling program, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum Dipoma with relavenet field. (e.g., property management, facilities management)
• At least 1-2 years of working expereince in property management
• Experience in security, car park management system will be an added advantage.
