Responsibility

• To conduct and perform all related activities in the following:
• In export shipment – to coordinate with internal and external forwarding agents for export shipment arrangement
• In import shipment – to monitor and follow-up with forwarders/ agents to see to if shipment is received as scheduled
• Verify freight invoices and compile the monthly import/ export freight
• To support compilation for intent to submit for insurances and customs authority
• To seek freight quotations, to support RFQ and recommendations on good forwarding agent

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering related subject (Electronic/Semicon/PCBA related field)
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in Purchasing function 
• Experience in PCBA manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
• Proficiency/Familiar with Incoterms knowledge.
