Responsibilities:

• Work with creative agencies to drive new social content across key brands
• Work with media buying agencies to manage and track marketing spend across offline and online channels
• Work with eCom partners on e-shop communication and online sale campaign
• Optimize and amplify social media content across key brands. Community management on social platforms
• Work with agencies to update websites for key products
• Plan and work with various departments to ensure all marketing contents’ compliance in a timely manner

• Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders / teams (sales, supply, regulatory, QA…) to activate new launch products or campaigns.
• Lead packaging design and new SKU creation projects
• Build and execute assigned online and offline marketing initiatives. Coordinate with external agencies on new product sampling program, instore activation, stock management and related logistics arrangement
• Be owner and executor of key marketing process: ad claim substantiation, AW development, new product SKU creation, sampling product request, spend tracking
• Work with regional team on artwork roll out for new products and changes in copy Strategic Brand Management
• Work with regional team to assess and respond to latest market activities
• Work with market research agency on a monthly basis to analyse consumption data for key brands
• Draw workable insights from monthly data and present them to the larger team during monthly reviews

Requirements:

• Business, Marketing, Communication degree with 1 years of experience in similar roles
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods to young target audiences are preferred.
• Experience in social and digital marketing are preferred
