Responsible for providing technical software support for KLA products in customer fabrication facilities. Leads the software related customer engagement
- Makes presentations on all aspects of software features
- Assists division software engineering team in assessing potential features of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed feature specifications
- Implements detailed software installation/upgrade plans
- Performs the software support at the customer site, if necessary
- Provides customer support in disseminating technical information on the customer features
- Follows up customer software issues and feature requests
- Bachelor / Master / Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent experience with strong analytical backgrounds
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills (Business level English)
- Understanding of software coding (C/C++/C#/Python) concept is a big plus
- Project management experience is definitely a plus
