Responsible for providing technical software support for KLA products in customer fabrication facilities. Leads the software related customer engagement


  • Makes presentations on all aspects of software features
  • Assists division software engineering team in assessing potential features of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed feature specifications
  • Implements detailed software installation/upgrade plans
  • Performs the software support at the customer site, if necessary
  • Provides customer support in disseminating technical information on the customer features
  • Follows up customer software issues and feature requests


  • Bachelor / Master / Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent experience with strong analytical backgrounds
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills (Business level English)
  • Understanding of software coding (C/C++/C#/Python) concept is a big plus
  • Project management experience is definitely a plus
