Working hours : Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm
- Assist in leave administration and work pass matters
- Handle payroll processing, claims checking, OT calculations etc.
- Support in training administration such as training registration, training records etc.
- Handle HR related letters and contract renewals
- Attending to HR related enquiries
- Other ad-hoc HR admin matters as assigned
- Diploma in Human Resource, Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 years of HR and related admin experience
- Knowledge of Employment Act, Foreign Work Pass procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels of staff
