Responsibility
- Carpark System & Revenue Management
- Report of incidents and claims to insurance company
- Inventory management for facilities mangement purposes
- Processing of applications for tenants(directory, service lift booking, access cards, season lot etc)
- Filing of tenant's fit out plans and submission of documents
- Other administrative duties (Order Processing, delivery order management, documentation and filings, etc.)
Requirements
- Minimum 'O' Level,
- At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experiene in tenant liaison/ property management will be an added advantage
