Supporting all EHS programs and regulation compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all shift employees
Conducting safety risk assessment for daily work activities prior to their execution
Coaching and guiding shift employees to achieve performance goals through timely feedback and recognition
Leading and developing a team of shift employees
Communicating policies and acting as a primary source to facilitate knowledge learning for the shift team, and implementing corrective actions as required
Proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives
Reviewing work forecasts, setting productivity requirements and collaborating with other shift team leaders and team members to determine daily manpower needs
Requirements:
Possess Min. Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Min. 3-5 years of working experience in petrochemical, chemical, semiconductor or manufacturing environment
Demonstrated ability to understand and apply technical knowledge in chemical process
Supervisory experience - experience in leading a team
Experience in identifying and implementing productivity initiatives
Thrive in a dynamically fast-paced environment, anticipating and embracing changes
Ability to work in 12-hour rotating shift environment (nights and weekends)
