Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer support duties which includes:
  • Order processing and/or preparation of full set of export shipping documentations
  • Preparation of shipping documents under Letters of Credit
  • Effectively communicating with various internal and external customers in APAC and globally.
  • Understanding of customers’ requirements, order process and establishing a win-win outcome to ensure smooth delivery of products to provide excellent services to customers and distributors.
  • Ensuring all LC / shipping document submission to bank or customers with zero discrepancy within stipulated working days.

Job Requirements

  • At least "O"/"A" level or Diploma in relevant discipline.
  • At least 3 years of related working experience.
  • Good working knowledge of SAP R/3 system is preferred.
  • Knowledge in Incoterms and Letters of Credit verification.
