Responsibilities:
- Order processing and/or preparation of full set of export shipping documentations
- Invoicing, Packing list, Bill of lading
- Cert of Origin / FORM E
- Preparation of shipping documents under Letters of Credit
- Liaising with shipping company
- Effectively communicating with various internal and external customers in APAC and globally.
- Understanding of customers’ requirements, order process and establishing a win-win outcome to ensure smooth delivery of products to provide excellent services to customers and distributors.
- Ensuring all LC / shipping document submission to bank or customers with zero discrepancy within stipulated working days
Requirements:
- Diploma in relevant discipline with 3 years of related working experience.
- Good working knowledge of SAP R/3 system is preferred.
- Knowledge in Incoterms and Letters of Credit verification.
- Able to start work within short notice.
