Responsibility

• Handle full spectrum of hiring process (overseas and local)
• Administer Employee-Life-Cycle related activities of all level of employees, not limited to conducting of On-boarding, work pass application, confirmation, Off-boarding processes, Employee Orientation Program, Compensation & Benefits plans (include monitoring company joining bonus scheme, referral scheme, gratuity payout, and retirement scheme).
• Vendor Recruitment Agency Liaison
• Transportation and Accodmodation Arrangement 
• Monthly Statutuory report (MOM GIRO/ FWL (Foreign Worker Levy)/EPOL)
• Maintain an accurate Employee Record in HRIS and in the Personnel File
• employee’s welfare management
• Other adhoc duties

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related field
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience as HR generalist .
• Must be able to work independently
