Responsibility
- Handle full spectrum of hiring process (overseas and local)
- Administer Employee-Life-Cycle related activities of all level of employees, not limited to conducting of On-boarding, work pass application, confirmation, Off-boarding processes, Employee Orientation Program, Compensation & Benefits plans (include monitoring company joining bonus scheme, referral scheme, gratuity payout, and retirement scheme).
- Vendor Recruitment Agency Liaison
- Transportation and Accodmodation Arrangement
- Monthly Statutuory report (MOM GIRO/ FWL (Foreign Worker Levy)/EPOL)
- Maintain an accurate Employee Record in HRIS and in the Personnel File
- employee’s welfare management
- Other adhoc duties
Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related field
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience as HR generalist .
- Must be able to work independently
