Provide engineering and maintenance support to manufacturing plants, utilities and site facilities operations (Solvent Recovery, AMOX, Utilities, Warehouses and Building Facilities Management)
Ensure consistent delivery plant production target capacity by ensuring maximum plant availability through continuous improvement so that equipment and facilities are maintained and optimized in accordance to current Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Engineering Practices and in compliance with EHS requirements.
Lead and conduct criticality assessment and Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) for critical equipment
Plan and co-ordinate predictive, preventive maintenance work, including breakdown maintenance and plant modification.
Lead and conduct Risk Assessment and implement Risk Based Inspection (RBI) Program for static equipment and structural assets
Lead and manage a team of mechanical / utilities technicians to achieve the above purpose and drive performance.
Requirements:
Min. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the process / pharmaceutical industry
Experience in rotating and static equipment
Knowledge of industrial standards and good understanding of local codes and requirements
Willing to commit to 1 year contract
Open to consider candidate with no prior experience
