Hands-on as front office receptionist, support office facility management & HR admin duties.

  • Attend to walk-in visitors and guests as well as answering phone calls
  • Ensure the cleanliness of meeting rooms & office common areas 
  • Checking of office inventory stock supplies and replenish stocks on a timely manner
  • Coordinate courier services, receiving post mails and delivery parcels
  • Maintain staff directory in the system from time to time
  • Support the manager in full spectrum of HR admin matters e.g. recruitment coordination, employee relations, training matters and benefit programs
  • Support in implementation of HR policies for Singapore and other regions


  • Min Diploma in HRM / Business Administration or equivalent
  • Possess good MS Office skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Possess at least 2 years of experience in office administration / some HR knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Meticulous
  • Has good presentation skills
