Plan, execute, lead and supervise all maintenance and troubleshooting as well as all required inspections for the general infrastructure
Responsible for contract management of building and facility management systems, laundry, yards, streets.
Maintain the site master plan and provide regular awareness of expenditures for general infrastructure. Interact with government agencies on inspections and reporting. Facilitate small capital projects.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in mechanical/ civil or related engineering field with minimum 4-5 years experience in facility management
Knowledge of HVAC, Basic Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil Structural disciplines and HMI systems.
