Responsibility
- Responsible for order processing duties such as PO, sales quotations, sales orders, DO, etc.
- Coordination of internal and external stakeholder to ensure smooth operation
- L/C Screening and coordinate amendments (banks and internal finanace department)
- Shipping Documents submission
- Other adhoc arrangement.
Requirement
- Minimum GCE 'O' level or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in providing sales support/coordination.
- Experience in SAP system will be an added advantage
- L/C screening knowledge is not a must but will be an added advantage.
