Your role:

• Plan, execute, lead and supervise all maintenance and troubleshooting as well as all required inspections for the general infrastructure
• Responsible for contract management of building and facility management systems, laundry, yards, streets.
• Maintain the site master plan and provide regular awareness of expenditures for general infrastructure. Interact with government agencies on inspections and reporting. Facilitate small capital projects

Your profile:

• Degree or Diploma in mechanical/ civil or related engineering field
• At least 5 years’ experience in facility management
• Knowledge of HVAC, Basic Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil Structural disciplines and HMI systems.
• Preferably with Space Supervisor, Work at Height Supervisor & Risk Assessment Certifications
• Willing to work in Jurong Island
