Responsibility

• contract administration, including drafting and preparation of documents
• compliance promotion
• content management for intranet portal such as update of legal and compliance policies  
• monitor development of laws and regulations
• preparation of corporate secretarial documents and miscellaneous reports
• miscellaneous administrative tasks

Requirement

• At least Diploma or Degree qualification in Law or equivalent
• More than 1-3 year(s) of working experience in providing contract administration in legal sector.
• Experience in commercial contract will be an added advantage
