• Newly created role: Research Role in Aquaculture Nutrition

Your role:

• Management of R&D projects in the fields of aquaculture
• Establish an R&D network, including academic and industrial partners
• Development of business strategies and evaluation of business opportunities, including technical concepts
• Support in the development of sustainability studies
• Development and promotion of new products & services, as well as project ideas in the field of aquaculture
• Visit potential customers in Asia to conduct field studies and establish customer relations
• Internal and external stakeholder management

Your profile:

• Min Bachelor Degree in Marine Science or Aquaculture, Chemistry or Biology
• At least 2-5 years of Research & Development Experience in Aquaculture, most preferably in marine nutrition
• Ideal candidate would have technical research experience with flair with client interaction
• Knowledge of academic and industrial ecosystem in the field of aquaculture in either/both local & regional exposure.
• Ability to execute & drive ideas/projects within a multinational team
• Strong communication skills
