Our client is a major player in the container/isotank Depot industry. In view of expansion, they are currently seeking a suitably qualified candidate to join them as "Senior/Customer Service Executive (Container/Depot)(Company Transport Provided)".

In this role, your overall responsibilities will include amongst others :

  • Assist the Manager to ensure that work procedures are adhered to
  • Assist the manager in managing the admin staff in office
  • Monitor bookings from customers for both returning and collection of containers
  • Attend to daily mail correspondences from customers
  • Report to manager should there be any operations lapse or discrepancies, non-compliance of processes or procedures and feedback from customers
  • Assisting manager to implement productivity initiatives
  • Attend operations meeting with customers
  • Liaise with trucking vendors to ensure that the containers are trucked on time
  • Assisting in billing

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline or Certificate in Nitec education or other relevant field
  • Ideally one year or more working experience in container depot operations (although not a must)
