Responsibilities
- Serves as the point of contact for the Front office and support operational queries
- Perform independent verification of client’s instructions
- Ensure smooth and timely delivery of client’s instructions/documents between SG and HK processing locations
- Assist in Account Closure Process
- Demonstrate values and behaviours in accordance to laws and regulations
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 3-5 years of banking experience
- Preferably experienced in back office functions (Client Documentation)
- Good knowledge of account documentation will be an advantage
- Hands-on MS Office software applications, Macros and Visual Basic knowledge as well as an aptitude for technology
