Responsibilities

• Serves as the point of contact for the Front office and support operational queries
• Perform independent verification of client’s instructions
• Ensure smooth and timely delivery of client’s instructions/documents between SG and HK processing locations
• Assist in Account Closure Process
• Demonstrate values and behaviours in accordance to laws and regulations

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 3-5 years of banking experience
• Preferably experienced in back office functions (Client Documentation)
• Good knowledge of account documentation will be an advantage
• Hands-on MS Office software applications, Macros and Visual Basic knowledge as well as an aptitude for technology
