Responsibilities

• Responsible for Plant Outage management
• Identify and track key target milestones
• Lead and implement outage plan for O&M
• Coordinate with various parties to ensure smooth execution
• Maintenance of masterdata in CMMS
• Ensure correct reporting of data in CMMS
• Improve maintenance planning and scheduling process
• Support review of daily and weekly maintenance planning and scheduling with Maintenance sections
• Track outstanding maintenance work and schedule them into upcoming plant outages
• Coordinate and work with Operation and Maintenance workgroups to optimize plant shutdown duration
• Planning section’s objectives and work processes
• Work closely with the HOSs, lead engineers and TOs to implement, oversee and refine work plans and resources
• Monthly reporting on progress and status of all Asset Management (AM) maintenance activities
• Develop and implement reports and tools for monitoring maintenance performance
• Report agreed KPIs for O&M maintenance reports from data in CMMS
• Identify areas of improvement from data trends and patterns
• Highlight areas of concern to relevant sections
• Administration of LTSA Contracts
• Organize meeting Company and contractors
• Tracking of outstanding work scope items
• Track and monitor O&M’s OPEX & CAPEX Budgets and cost centers
• Ensure outage work expenditure is charge correctly to cost centre/ WBS
• Reporting on the plant outage cost
• Identify and produce work instructions and quality procedures related to plant outage management and scheduling
• To identify and produce the necessary procedures and instructions to describe the function and processes
• Ensure compliance and continued accuracy of the procedures.
• To identify, implement and report on the agreed KPI for O&M work flow processes
• Identification of reason for underperformance and the necessary corrective action for continuous improvement.
• Assist Lead Planner on the maintenance practices, routines and actions related to facility related plant, equipment and structures of the identified ‘systems’ by AM division and Company (including but not limited to Process Safety, BARS, OPERA, ISO related systems that are from shareholders, OEM & 3rd parties)
• Assist Lead Planner to identify additional business and process related procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in recognized university, with at least 3-5 years’ experience in an operation and maintenance environment and disciplines preferably in power plant settings and CMMS management
• Understand the overall maintenance and engineering practices in a power station
• Lead in plant outage
• Knowledge in CMMS software for maintenance environment
• OPEX and CAPEX management.
