Our client is a reputable Shipping MNC. In view of expansion, they are currently seeking a well experienced individual to join them as "Business Analyst (UAT/Salesforce Program)".

In this role, your responsibilities are (but not limited to):

• Assist to build Dashboards, requiring technical and functional expertise on Salesforce
• Responsible for collecting functional requirements from the end-user, analyzing, and translating them into technical functionalities for ongoing development of the Customised Salesforce
• Conduct necessary testing for developed system functionalities as per the functional requirements and ensure everything is in order before releasing them to end users for user acceptance testing
• Gather feedback from end user and stakeholders for continuous improvement process
• Identify enhancement requirements and develop system reports, dashboard to meet business needs
• UAT Testing etc

Requirements:

• Degree in related discipline.
• Knowledge and certification of Salesforce programs, communication channels and system platforms.
• Understand corporate vision and values and be able to work with business users.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
