Responsibilities:

• Participate in the architecture design phase for hardware and software
• Co-operate with ODM to add customized functions to new or existing products
• Evaluation, prototyping and integration of audio algorithms from different vendors
• Developing new audio algorithms
• Writing and performing new audio product tests, recording and presenting results
• Transfer of system design and algorithms to product developers

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• At least 3 years of industry experience in embedded system engineering
• Expert in the digital audio domain (signal acquisition, communication protocols, digital filters, CODEC)
• System level architectural view in terms of hardware and software
• Able to build hardware and software prototypes based on development boards or own circuits
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Structured approach to design & verification with demonstrable skills in selecting appropriate algorithms and architectures
• Attention to detail in design and implementation
• Embedded programming experience in C or C++
• Software and hardware debugging skills
• Strong documentation and writing skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a small team
• Experience in handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
