Responsibilities

• Responsible for Processing of Bilateral and Syndication Loans
• Maintenance and timely input of all daily loan transactions
• Input and review transaction/ facility commitment in AS400
• Prepare swift payments for loan disbursement
• Perform relevant checks before processing of loan
• Preparation of weekly report to Customer Services Dept on excess commitment and expired commitment 
• Monitor fees payment advices, and receipt of funds for payment of fees 
• Prepare and submit required reports and liaise with various stakeholders
• Other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned and perform back up duties in absence of other staff.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder with at least 5-8 years loan operations experience in Banks
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player & ability to work with people from multi levels
