Working hours : Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm


  • Assist with sales order processing and preparing purchase orders to suppliers
  • Prepare quotation and follow up with customers
  • Liaise with HQ for follow up on shipment related information
  • Make logistics forwarding arrangement for spare parts / special tools, monitor handling schedule and follow up if necessary
  • Liaise closely with Accounts department on after sales matters such as month end closing and invoices
  • Maintain and update information into SAP
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Min 'O' Levels or equivalent and at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales support / customer service
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Preferably candidate with SAP knowledge
  • Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
