Responsibilities

• Check and maintain the machines.
• Day-to-day line support at the client side.
• Maintaining, troubleshooting machines and assisting when required
• Reporting and highlighting of any escalation of issues to the team and work closely with them to resolve issues.
• Liaising with customers and internal team on daily updates on the work’ status.

Requirements

• Possess technical background
• Basic Microsoft skills (Power point, Excel, Word)
• Prepared to work long hours on a weekday and weekends / PH
