- Check and maintain the machines.
- Day-to-day line support at the client side.
- Maintaining, troubleshooting machines and assisting when required
- Reporting and highlighting of any escalation of issues to the team and work closely with them to resolve issues.
- Liaising with customers and internal team on daily updates on the work’ status.
- Possess technical background
- Basic Microsoft skills (Power point, Excel, Word)
- Prepared to work long hours on a weekday and weekends / PH
