Responsibilities:

• Resolve flow through, direct store purchase orders issues with stores replenishment
• Adhere to planning allocation chart to allocate stocks to stores
• Monthly service level report with suppliers upon request / joint planning meeting
• Develop store stocks availability report for promotion, festival planning and other campaigns planning
• Participate in promotion store walk to ensure availability on shelf and diagnosis the root causes
• Performa manual PO invoice matching and submit to Finance SAP system to payment processing
• Issue DC purchase order to suppliers in a timely and ensure correct data maintenance in system
• For oversea suppliers, need to ensure vessel booking, order communication and coordinate with DC on cargo clearance and delivery to DC
• Adhere to replenishment operation KPIs to ensure timeliness PO issuance and claim / exceptions resolving

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent work experience with 2 years’ work experience in similar capacity
• Good in MS Excel and SAP will be added advantage
• Good analytical capability, negotiation and planning skills
• Possess good understanding of supply chain concepts, statistical forecasting and related processes
• Good u nderstanding of store operational routines
• Retail experience will be an added advantage
