Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall order-to-cash activities and ensure effective management and execution of all shipments timely in full compliance to both importing and exporting countries regulations
  • Management and processing of customer inquiries / sales orders / complaints / feedback
  • Tracking order status (Provide order status/track and trace of order)
  • Maintaining customer information
  • Processing billing documentation
  • Identify and resolve process gaps and customer issues proactively to enhance the capability of the Supply Chain Team with the aim to improve productivity and operations efficiency
  • Hold stakeholders in the value chain accountable for the service level and compliance standards desired to meet customers’ expectations and Organization’s Compliance standards
  • Escalate and investigate operational issues
  • Generate data and perform Key Performance Index (KPI) analysis

 

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline with 5 years’ relevant experience in order fulfillment, logistics and shipping
  • Knowledge of SAP, CRM and MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal as this role will support Rest of Asia (ROA) business
