Our client is a Global Forwarding MNC. In view of expansion, they are currently looking for a self driven and committed candidate to join them as "Sales Support Executive (Forwarding MNC)".

In this role, your responsibilities are (but not limited to):

• Tele-marketing
• Handling maintenance of Customer Data in CRM
• Provide support in defining continuous Process and KPIs improvement
• To support on marketing & sales related activities and sales & marketing campaign
• Managing, Ordering and Inventory Control of Sales & Marketing materials
• Responsible for keeping up to date of Company Presentations, Sales Organisation Chart, Sales related presentations etc. with quality standards
• Preparation of statistics / reportings for Sales Manager
• Coordinating Weekly Sales meeting preparation and sales related reportings

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification in transport & logistics or international trade or any other related field
• Ideally 2 to 3 years relevant experience in freight forwarding industry
• Passion in selling or tele-marketing
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented with good abilities to win clients over 
• Possess good communication skills with - internal and external customers
• Good experience in negotiating and strong ability to resolve freight related issues and complaints  
• Good team player, can do attitude & willingness to learn.
• Proficient in computer skills such as MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel
