Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationship through consistent interaction with Front Office/key stakeholders regarding the services and support required and challenges faced
- Assist on Front Office’s queries and support troubleshooting
- Provide consistent service and meet the established SLAs (Service Level Agreements) in compliance to Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in static data maintenance for Client, Agent (EAM, EFA, Finder) and/or Counterparty records
- Knowledgeable about account documentation requirements in a Private Banking is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Macros and Visual Basic knowledge and aptitude for technology
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and time management skills
- Meticulous, takes initiative and goal-oriented
- Analytical and problem solving ability
