Responsibilities:

• Management of Finance Team
• Daily processing & Asset management
  • AP (including staff claim) invoices input in SAP
  • AP payment preparation by E-cheque, TT and GIRO
  • Online payment approval
  • AP manual cheque payment
  • AR incoming payment data input in SAP
  • Reimbursement
  • Vendor’s registration
  • Banks relating tasks
  • Physical Stocktaking
  • Fixed Asset Management
• Closing
  • Financial closing
  • Monthly report
  • Quarterly closing (Input to HQ consolidation system)
• Audit matters
• Budget, Forecast
• Cash Management
• Tax filing (Corporate tax, GST, Property Tax, withholding tax)
• Tax inquiry
• Insurance (All industrial risks, General liability)
• Others
  • MMA Monthly report
  • CMA reporting
  • Company Secretary matters
  • Transfer pricing documentation
  • FRS compliance (FRS115, 116 assessment)

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 8 years of experience in Accounting and SAP system. (FI, CO, AR, AP)
• Team management experience (more than 4 members)
• Cost accounting experience in the manufacturing industry (preferably in the chemical industry)
• Fixed Asset management in the manufacturing industry (preferably in the chemical industry)
• Capex (Equipment and machinery) management experience
• Excellent in analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Observe Accounting ethics strictly
