Job Responsibility

• overall order-to-cash activities and ensure effective management and execution of all shipments timely .
• Ensuring Documents met with compliance requirements with import and export rules
• Coordinate with forwarders on shipments coordination
• Process all documentation requirements for export or import services.
• Escalate and investigate operational issues

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• 3-5 years working experience in order fulfillment, logistics and shipping
• Incoterm knowledge is a must
• SAP and CRM knowledge will be an added advantage
