Responsibilities
- Review account documents submitted by Front Office
- Timely and accurate processing of client’s change in circumstance and amendments on the accounts
- Accurately track and escalate document deficiencies
- Provide quality service to internal stakeholders and support other departments (e.g. signature verification, information retrieval)
Support in other adhoc tasks/ user acceptance testing
Requirements
- Degree holder, with min 3 - 4 years of banking experience, preferably with strong client documentation experience in Private Banking
- Proficient in MS Office and aptitude for technology
- Good time management skills – able to multitask and handle tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to analyse and problem solve independently
- Team player and takes initiative
- Organized and attention to details
- Results-oriented
