Responsibility

• Overall Serviceshop management and housekeeping
• Perform stocks replenishments and stock take on display items and appliances
• Perform sales activities (B Goods, Accessories and C&C, CEW, Maintenance, DRS etc)
• Coordination between Logistics partner and Customer 
• Consumer experience (CE) development and Customer relationship management (including walk in customer)
• order processing (Refund / Exchange/ Credit Note Process)
• documentation and filing 

Requirement

• Minimum 'O' level.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
