- Input charges at Centre Charge, Payments and assisting Manager for billing matters
- Managing Telecoms Logbooks, new phone Lines, and set up of calls.
- preparation of meeting room booking form and scheduling.
- Responsible in the preparation of booking form and scheduling for video conferencing
- Set-up client at Call Accounting System for billing purposes.
- Responsible for office move-in preparation as per clients’ requirements
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the providing administrative suppot.
- Professional Communication skills.
