Provides creative measures and Initiate improvement to work process in the area of safety, waste elimination, cost improvement and productivity improvement
Participates in reliability engineering analysis to drive continuous uptime improvement through defect elimination, troubleshooting and conducting detailed failure analysis.
Provides trainings and share knowledge. Verify, validate, analysis past equipment history & current data.
Troubleshoots and repairs faulty equipment. Execute predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance program for mechanical equipment on a timely basis.
Provide support to the plant operations to improve reliability of equipment. Perform non-destructive testing and analysis on mechanical equipment such as Vibration Analysis and Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement.
Requirements:
Min.NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in chemical or petrochemical industry.
Hands-on experience on fix and rotating equipment maintenance.
Good team player and able to respond to after office hour call-up as and when needed
