Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers’ engineers on the development of Dry Etch Process
- To demonstrate the performance of the Etch Products, as well as improvements to existing products and processes for the development of Etch process for CMOS/Memory
- Operates metrology tools to qualify process equipment and optimize processes
- Process experiments by adjusting hardware/software parameters
- Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot processes and integration problems
- Compile and analyse the measured data and report either internally or to customers
- Work with senior engineers to develop recommendations and prepare changes, additions, and modifications, which will facilitate equipment production and sales
Requirements
- Degree in Physics or Chemical/Materials Science/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the development of Dry Etch Process (Candidate without experience are welcome to apply)
- Experience in Project Management will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
- A highly motivated individual who works independently with little supervision
- Work in cleanroom environment
