Responsibilities
- Responsible for the direction, control of the operations services and strategy for growth, operational efficiency, client servicing and enhanced operational controls
- Ensure regulatory and internal compliance adherence to SOP and continuously enhance existing operating procedures
- Ensure operational flows are established, documented, and updated for existing products
- Perform people management responsibilities (ie, training, coaching and performance appraisals). Responsible for managing the team including objectives setting and performance appraisal
- Work closely with Front office & Back Office Heads on all operations matters, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist Business on New Business Initiatives and new product launching
- Manage ad-hoc projects and review/initiate process improvement
Requirements
- Degree holder with management experience, with track record of leading high-performing teams with success
- Track-record of change management and process improvement
- Strong leadership, interpersonal communications skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and implementation
- Confident and driven
