Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and coordinate the process flow of business in Singapore with CRM tools, not limiting to coordination with our headquarter in Boulder.
  • Ensure smooth delivery process between customer and internal.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Processing orders, purchase order, delivery note, weekly report and monthly report.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Ad hoc task will be assigned when needed

 

Requirements:

  Diploma in Business or engineering discipline with minimum 2 years working experience

  • Competency customer relationship management tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Experience in SAP B1 preferred
  • Data analysis knowledge preferred but not a must
