- Maintain and coordinate the process flow of business in Singapore with CRM tools, not limiting to coordination with our headquarter in Boulder.
- Ensure smooth delivery process between customer and internal.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Processing orders, purchase order, delivery note, weekly report and monthly report.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Ad hoc task will be assigned when needed
- Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in providing sales support services.
- Expereince or knowledge on using SAP will be and added advantage.
