- Lead and manage loan operations, IT risk, procurement/ projects
- Handle outsourcing activities and vendor management
- Ensure smooth operations by service providers and vendors and comply with regulations
- Engage in periodic reviews, ensure the proper documentations of these contractual relationships
- Serve as Central contract and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 10 years’ of relevant banking ops experience in bank
- Proven track record of leading and managing
- Knowledge of Risk and project management
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
