✓ Working hours : Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
✓ Portfolio : Provide professional customer service for pre-sales and/or post-sales activities
- Work closely with various teams to handle pre-sales and/or post-sales functions
- Handle customer’s request and prepare various documents for order fulfilment, material returns and exchanges
- Update order records into SAP system and track status of parts return as well as delivery schedules
- Maintaining records of returns, order schedule change, changes in Spares Parts pricing and resolving return credit problems
- Other duties as assigned by manager
- Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent.
- Candidate with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
- Possess at least 2 years of customer service support experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to perform multitasking under fast paced environment
- Good stress management
