Our client is a reputable Shipping MNC. In view of expansion, they are currently seeking a suitably qualified candidate to join them as " Asst Manager (Digital - Customer Service)(Shipping)".
In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Transforming current customer services into “Digital” driven services by implementing several digital tools such as Live Chat, Chat Bot and CRM systems.
- Improves customer experience with digital tools and standardized business processes etc
- Design the business process (Rate Quotation, Booking, Documentation) by using Signavio which is the digital Business Process designing system.
- Engaged in quality management for customer service activities together with the regional customer service teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in CRM system development and implementation
- IT related academic background would be great
- 2 years of working experience in Container Shipping Industry (Booking, Customer Service, Shipping Documentation etc)
- MS Excel, Power Point or similar type of tools (such as Google Spreadsheet etc.)
- Salesforce project (Service Cloud) experience
- Able to drive the projects
