Responsibility
- Attending to inbound calls
- Attending to call back requests from customers
- Ensure follow up on cases escalated
- Point to point enquiries from customer
- Perform simple investigation for cases
- Attending to emails enquiry when necessary
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma
- No experience are welcome to apply
- Comfortable on Shift work, required to work on weekends
