Responsibility

• Maintain and coordinate the process flow of business and ensure smooth delivery process between customer and internal.
• Processing orders, purchase order, delivery note, weekly report and monthly report.
• Liaison with customer for delivery arrangement and requirements  
• Preparation of documents require for shipping, permit, etc.
• Ad hoc task will be assigned when needed

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in providing sales support services.
• Expereince or knowledge on using SAP will be and added advantage.
