Job Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leaders to deliver strategic sales / growth / go-to-market projects that enable the business to execute its highest priority initiatives
• Leverage on data to conduct in-depth analyses across areas of the business to develop deep understanding of key value drivers, identifying improvement areas and opportunities
• Serve as the connective tissue of cross-functional GTM teams (including Sales, Marketing, Finance  and other internal groups ), working to share knowledge and driving people towards a common goal.
• Design and develop operational dashboards and drive business driver analysis on regular basis
• Provide key insights that help the business scale or operate more efficiently

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales operation/business operation
• Ability to analyse data and solving real world business problems building advanced models
• Ability to articulately present and debate recommendations with cross-functional teams and leadership
• Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and competing demands
• SFDC working knowledge is a plus
