  • Provision of technical expertise to resolve Level 1/2 escalations
  • Present to customers the problem findings, identified root causes/data analysis and obtaining buy-in on proposed solutions
  • Representing customers’ finalised technical requirements to factory & drive required actions to resolve escalations & preventive action implementations
  • Effectively utilize Knowledge Management Database to resolve escalations and actively share knowledge with worldwide technical members
  • Guides & trains local service engineers, Account team Engineers and Customers’ personnel
  • Develop good customer relations during escalations, modification and evaluation
  • Ensure safe working condition at work site
  • Any other duties as assigned



  • Engineering degree in related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience on etch toolset in fast-paced wafer fabrication environment
  • Possesses strong interpersonal, negotiation and communications skills.
  • Excellent customer management skills and possess experience in dealing with challenging/fast-changing situations
  • Independent and capable in making quick decisions within the assigned area of responsibility
  • Possesses good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Adapted to work in Fab environment and perform standby duties
  • Willing to support short term, overseas assignment
