Responsibility

• Assist users with their laptop/account-related issues (Create, change, and disable/delete user accounts, data migration, backup operation, etc.)
• Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
• Manage Server issues with regards to AKSS Servers
• Exercise Administrative rights on software applications
• Support in implementation and participate in the continuous improvement effort in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environment and Health Management System
• Conduct user requirement, application development, system integration, deployment as well as troubleshooting
• Assist in the system development process by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technologies or relevant field
• No experience are welcome to apply
• Posses knwoeldge or experience in using Python 
• Familiar with server hardware and software applications.
