Responsibilities:

• Perform KYC for onboarding and post onboarding client modification, i.e. Source of Wealth, due diligence searches and account opening documentation checks
• Support teams on presentation preparation to Due Diligence Committee for approvals on financial crime related matters including client onboarding, and BAU tasks like personal account dealing review, transaction monitoring or overnight name screening alert review
• Identify issues and propose recommendations on financial crime risk for resolution
• Assist Team Lead in overseeing resolution of compliance owned management action plans for audit/ inspections
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in client onboarding, preferably in Singapore private bank
• Strong understanding of the AML/CFT regulations and local requirements
• Good interpersonal skill, communication & writing skills,
• Innovative, meticulous and good time management
• Team player & ability to handle issues and resolve challenges in collaboration
• Familiar with Agile methodology and productivity software (Jira, SharePoint, Tableau etc).  Ability to employ data analytics to enhance compliance processes will be advantageous
