Responsibility:

• Support events (Awards, Wellness & etc) and awards ceremonies
• Support all the training nominations and co-ordination
• Assist and support on medical enquiries, pre-employment medical / Fit to drive assessment / Proficiency test
• Process Work Permit / S-Pass application on WPOL & EPOL system (application / renewal / cancellation of work passes)
• Assist on other duties as assigned

​Requirement:

• Prior experience in the admin field will be Advantage
• Minimum Diploma
• Good in communication skill
• Able to work independent
